To add these animations to your Windows Live Messenger, first, right click on the animation you want and select "save as" or "save image as", and remember where on your computer you're saving it to. Then, open your messenger and a private message window. In the private message screen, look above the text box where you type your message for the emoticon section, and go to the extended menu to see them all. From there, you'll see the option to add custom emoticons or animations.
